Long Island Developments – by the numbers

By GarviesPoint3

Perhaps you’re not sure if the proposed Long Island development at Gravies Point truly is too large for our communities?

Sometimes contrasting and comparing helps one make an accurate assessment. Below is a list of approved or in-progess Long Island Developments in Nassau County. You can see that RXR’s 11 story monstrosity is 266% – or three times – larger than the next largest development here!

Long Island Developments

And let’s don’t forget, these 1,140 apartment units don’t include all of the other coming developments in Glen Cove. All in all, Long Island residents who live north of the L.I.E. will be facing with 5,000 additional vehicles on our roads  while commuting each day, thanks to Glen Cove’s reckless (some would say desperate) pace of development.

Tell our officials – the proposed development at Garvies Point is just too big!
